Questions about shipping and delivery

Here is everything worth knowing about the delivery and management of orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Germany a standard shipping fee of € 6.99 will be charged. Within Europe, the shipping fee is € 7.99. You will be informed about the amount of the shipping prices during the ordering process, both in the shopping cart and at the end of the order.

Parcels are free shipping with an order of at least 200 € value of goods.

What are the production and delivery times?

The production times depend on the material and design. You will receive an estimated delivery date in the respective detail view of the selected product, as well as when placing your order.

We ask for your understanding that these are not binding, because as in any production, we may also experience expiration-related fluctuations and a date designated by us as the expected delivery date is only indicative.

The delivery times from the delivery to our shipping service providers are different and can be between one and several days.
The parcel services use the email address deposited with us to send you status messages, so that you are informed about a planned delivery or delivery obstacles.
When shipping forwarding you will be contacted by phone, so in this case we need a phone number from you.

Can I pick up my order directly from yooneeque?

Please understand that it is unfortunately not possible to collect your order from myposter for reasons of data protection.

Where can I send my shipment?

You can have your delivery sent to Germany. Other countries are currently not possible.

Who delivers my package?

As shipping partners, we have selected DHL and Hermes for us. It can be no default of the parcel service during the order to be made, because our shipping system determines on the basis of the goods to be shipped the optimal shipping partner. Size and weight play a role as well as the number of selected items.

What happens from ordering an individual design to delivering my products?

After submitting your order, the uploaded data will be processed by our software solution. Then you will receive a compilation of possible designs on your desired garment. After selecting a variant, it is sent to our production partner and finally prepared for shipping. After the packaging, your product will be picked up by our shipping partners DHL and Hermes and delivered to you.

What do I do if I get a wrong delivery?

If you have received a wrong delivery, please contact our customer service. If only part of your delivery has arrived, first check your delivery note. In some cases, we divide the shipment into multiple packages to deliver your products faster. If this is the case, this division is explicitly indicated in the delivery note and you will receive the rest of the delivery in the following days.

Do I have to pay for the return myself?

With our 30-day money back guarantee, you’re in no hurry to try it out.
If something does not suit you or you like it, you can return all items within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The return is in this case free for you. Excluded are individually created products.

Please notice:

  • In order to be able to offer you our return guarantee also in the future, we ask you to try out the goods only as in a retail store and to return the goods completely, in their original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition to us.
  • Your statutory right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected by our voluntary guarantee and continue to apply without restriction. Currently we can offer you the return guarantee for all items offered directly by OTTO, but not for items from other sellers.
